Suggested Use: Simply add clean drinking water to the Sole jar with the Stones in it, 1 inch from the top. Let it sit for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the solution has become Sole. Add a teaspoon to 8-12 ounces of good quality artesian or spring water. Drink each morning on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating.
