Suggested Use: 
Consume as directed by your physician. Usual adult dosage: 1-2 capsules, as needed, up to four times a day. 

Ingredients: Lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria blend
hydroxylpropyl methylcellulose, cornstarch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose

Keep VSL#3® refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C). It can be stored at room temperature (77°F) for up to 2 weeks without having a major effect on potency.
