A Vegetarian Calcium/Magnesium/D2 Supplement to support bone function.* We combine a 2:1 ratio of elemental calcium to magnesium in the citrate form along with Vitamin D to enhance absorption. Calcium citrate is easy to absorb allowing a high percentage of elemental calcium and magnesium to be utilized by the body. Calcium and Magnesium are important for neurological and nervous system development, but also help with calming and relaxation, which makes it great for right before bed time.* This convenient tasteless powder makes it easy to administer and can be mixed in cold drinks or soft foods.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 2.74 g (approximately ½ scoop) or 5.47 g (approximately 1 scoop) in a cold beverage, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children 4 and up: ½ scoop daily.

Adults: 1 scoop daily.
